Weightloss – The Journey Begins!

Welcome to JayLoss.com!

JayLoss will be an everyday project for me one way or another. Its purpose is to share my story of weight loss and maybe to help others in the months and years to come. At my peak my weight was 336lbs! Since then I have lost 70 something pounds and I have kept steady for almost a year. My goal with this website is to lose another 70-80 pounds! The first time around (losing 70-80 pounds) it took me about 6 months to do it, I think I lost weight too fast so I took a break.. it seems for a year and I have been building muscle the entire time.

I don’t want to give too much away right now, I’ll spread it out over the months and years to come.

Be sure to subscribe and visit the blog often as it will be updated as much as possible. I’ll post pictures in the next post and expand on my story in the coming weeks.
