Weight Loss Continues

It’s Sunday night, I slept all day up until 4pm for some reason. I think it was a mix of working out hard the day before and getting rid of my cold. I find a lot of rest helps make both problems (being sick & sore) go away. As of today I don’t feel sick anymore. I am a little pissed I slept the whole day though. It was a nice day from what I could hear. The whole neighborhood seems to congregate in front of my house to play basketball and I can hear them almost every day at the same time for a couple hours.
Without knowing what time it was I can tell school just let out (grrr). I’m okay with it because the kids are respectful of my vehicles parked out front, and I know how it is to want to play basketball for the limited time they have. They only play within a few hours window of time and that’s it… so it’s not so bad. I used to play a lot of basketball myself at the gym, it’s great cardio!
Speaking of the gym, I’m probably going to head there myself in an hour or two. I was going to go with my workout partner but he didn’t want to go at the last second.
That’s the thing with workout partners. Some are willing to workout everyday no matter what. And others will skip out on you time after time. Right now I’m working out with a pretty motivated guy, so 90% of the time we workout without an issue. Other times we’re busy. On average we workout 3-4 times a week, and then I workout by myself either at the home gym or local gym.
I’m feeling better, physically and mentally now. I like getting work done, and as I don’t consider this blog work, it’s something I can check off my mental to-do list that makes me feel better.
