Two Weeks And Only 4 Pounds Lost

It’s been two weeks and I’ve only lost 4 pounds! I’ve had some up and down days since then, days where fast food was all around me and I gave in a little. I have since come back down, but I’m only down 4 pounds since January 7th.
What went wrong?
Looking back through the posts.. I had some drama with my sister that caused me to eat a lot of junk food and not workout like I wanted to. There was a day where I went to a bar and hanged out with friends who wanted to eat junk food all day and not workout. After that, the rest of the days look like I was back on track to losing weight. I do know that I haven’t worked out as much as I wanted to recently. I worked at hard yesterday and now I’m down to 246 lbs. and I hope to workout again today sometime.
So I figure those few days where I screwed up, it cost me around 5 lbs of weight loss. I blame my sister.. :p
Oh well, losing weight too fast isn’t good for you so it’s not all bad news as long as I’m losing it eventually. I’m going to workout hard the next few days and see if I can reach 242!
Let’s see if I can do it!

Can’t really blame my sisters because they are youngin’s (11 and 8), but I like to try to blame my mom once in a while. When she cooks she uses almost two whole sticks of butter (at least) so she makes it pretty easy
I kid (about the blame part, not the butter part).
Four pounds in 2 weeks is still really good, especially when you consider the “down” days you’ve had. You’ll overcome that in no time.

Yep, I’m sure, it just slowed me down a little. I just came back from the gym now (a good workout), and getting some work done now.

2 lbs a week is the “healthy” amount anyway, I’ve heard. You’d be running a 1,000 calorie/day deficit at that rate. Pretty high.

Lol, yeah I guess. If it was 6 pounds I would feel better.. but only 4 pounds is not enough and not have Carl’s Jr. :p
I think when I reach the 230s I’m going to have a nice big Carl’s Jr burger…emmm.
Yep.. I can taste it now.

I would give away most of my DVD’s to lose 2 pounds a week. And I love my DVD’s =)
