Two Slices Please! (OMG Pizza!)

So yesterday I was hanging out with a few friends of mine when they decided it was time for pizza! Now if you know anything about me, it’s that pizza is my favorite food in the world (and actually my first solid food); so sure I’ll help pick up some pizza for them!

From the get go I told myself I would only have ONE slice.. then it became two slices but I was strong enough to stick to that. If it was Papa John’s Pizza I would have been screwed.

It tasted better then it looked. And sorry, for some reason I always forget to take a picture of food before I take a bite out of it. :)

I remember thinking on the way home from picking up the pizza, that I could easily eat the entire large pizza without a problem. I was actually thinking to myself if this was my pizza, and if I bought it with my own money it would not last the night. Scary stuff no?

Though I only had two slices, and it was pretty good. :)

    Well, eating just two slices is much better than eating a whole pizza! And… mmmmm pizza.

      No doubt, I’m pretty happy with myself only eating two slices. :)

    I’ve found that I don’t need to eat as much to enjoy the foods I once loved before.

    I can eat the sh*t out of some pizza. Two slices is awesome, I would not have had the willpower for that. When I do order pizza I try to order nothing larger than a medium and if its possible, get thin crust, that way if I do overindulge it isn’t as bad as it could be.

      That’s some good points.. that makes ordering pizza right now sound like a good idea. :)

    Great job with portion control on something as tempting as pizza! I don’t know about you, but I’m finding that I really can’t eat the amounts I used to – (I guess I could, but I’d have to force myself). It’s kind of a nice feeling.

      I haven’t given myself the opportunity to pig out yet.. I wonder what it will be like when I do. From hearing you guys, it sounds like it won’t happen which is awesome!

      Though I’m going to have some Carl’s Jr when I hit 235! I’m at 240 now! Can’t wait! :)

    I can relate. Pizza and food with friends are my biggest food intakes. Everyone has their thing I guess.
