Two Months Status Report – Gold’s Gym Trainer

Well yesterday was the end of the second month of the three months Weight Loss Challenge I started. I woke up at 236 pounds which made for a 32 pound loss for the two months. With the first month loss of 18 pounds, and the second full month at 14 pounds.
I predicted I would lose 15 pounds this month and 10 pounds the next month. I was pretty close this month; I think I started to slack (food wise) thus I didn’t lose as much weight as I did the first month. I’m still pretty happy with the results though. I’m a little bummed because today I woke up at 237 pounds, which is still only 99 pounds of total weight loss since my all time high of 336 pounds a couple years ago. I haven’t officially crossed that 100 pounds lost mile stone yet.
I think the reason why my weight is up a little today is because I couldn’t workout very much this weekend. My new gym (Gold’s gym) isn’t 24/7 like my last gym (LifeTime Fitness). So I guess I have to start waking up at regular times in order to catch the gym when they’re open. I going to miss my 2am workouts.
By the way, I talked to a Gold’s Gym trainer yesterday and setup a complementary training session for Tuesday! So I’m excited about that; I think I’m going to go with a personal trainer again.
Oh and I’m running like a mad man at the gym. I’m still amazed I can run 15-20 minutes with little effort now. I was actually pretty sore yesterday because my legs weren’t used to running just yet. It’s a good feeling though; I’m heading to the gym again in a couple hours when they open.
Ok, that’s enough rambling for now.

I hope so; especially after training with a golds gym trainer on Tuesday.

We should rig it up so that confetti falls from the ceiling onto you once you hit that 100lb mark!
