TWO Days Left – 3 Month Weight Loss Challenge

There are only two days left in the three month weight loss challenge I started back on December 7th 2009! I’ll post a detailed report about it in a couple days, but for just a quick run down I’ve lost a total of 38 pounds, and 5 inches off my waist in the time period! My muscle growth has continued, I have a personal trainer now, I know more about nutrition and what foods to eat. I feel better and look better. :p
Now I just have to figure out what I’m going to do next.
I’m definitely going to stick with some sort of diet, and I’ll continue to exercise 4-5 times a week on average. I have around 30-40 more pounds to lose until I reach my weight loss goal.
What do you guys think I should do next?
I need something to help kick start the weight loss again.

Looking great man. Exciting that you are so close to the goal date!! Felt like it would never come huh
As for your question.. My theory is: how many calories a day do you need to maintain your weight? Eat 500+ less. Divide that by 5 meals a day. Then at the gym just do whatever will get you there every day.
You got this far, you can go all the way. No doubt in my mind!
