		<description>You and me both; I actually crave salty foods. And I find most of the foods I eat have more then enough salt. I&#039;m trying pretty hard to cut back though.

		<description>Yeah, most likely that&#039;s the case.. I find I eat a lot of sodium without even trying. I stopped buying salt and I don&#039;t even own a salt shaker anymore because most foods have a ton of salt in them already. I&#039;m trying to cut back.</description>

I know alot of people use that as an excuse, but seriously, if you only ate 400-500 more calories thats all it really can be.  You&#039;ll pee/sweat it out in no time.
