Thinking it’s Water Weight

This morning I woke up a couple pounds heaver, oh noes!
Hehe, I don’t think it’s a big deal. I had about 400-500 more calories then usual yesterday because I felt I was losing weight too fast from going to the gym so much. Today will be the 5th day of going to the gym without taking a break. I have a couple more days to go and then I’ll be back to my usual routine. I actually feel sore this morning though, which is great because I haven’t been getting very sore the past month. My workout buddy and I did a lot of strength training yesterday so I guess that did it.
Well, time for me to head to the gym; I’ll post later.

Water weight, probably, especially if you had a decent amount of sodium last night.
I know alot of people use that as an excuse, but seriously, if you only ate 400-500 more calories thats all it really can be. You’ll pee/sweat it out in no time.

Yeah, most likely that’s the case.. I find I eat a lot of sodium without even trying. I stopped buying salt and I don’t even own a salt shaker anymore because most foods have a ton of salt in them already. I’m trying to cut back.

You and me both; I actually crave salty foods. And I find most of the foods I eat have more then enough salt. I’m trying pretty hard to cut back though.

Don’t feel bad. I gained 4 pounds of PIZZA weight yesterday. Doh. It was my party. Back on track now though.
