I'm Jay, and I've come a long way from my peak weight of 336 pounds a few years ago! In this blog I have documented my weight loss from 268 pounds all the way down to 170-ish pounds. It took just under a year to accomplish and since reaching my goal weight, I have been maintaining by eating right and of course exercise! I've gone through a transformation.

These days I like to focus on building muscle and maintaining a healthy body weight. Of course there have been a lot of ups and downs with losing so much weight. The process of setting weight loss goals and reaching them has been very exciting. Just having something to strive for and using this blog as motivation has kept me going in the right direction.
