Balancing Work and Weight Loss

Posted on 21. Mar, 2010 by in Challenge +, Gym

I wish my work was more of an offline type of thing instead of the more I work online the more money I make.

I tried things to stay active while working online, like using those fitness balls as chairs but I never really found them comfortable for too long.

I just wish I could work online without distractions for 5-10 hours a day and not worry about being sedentary. I guess that’s going to be another challenge in my weight loss journey.

Since I put health as priority number one in my life, working and making money has lagged. I think I either need to stop wasting time with T.V. and video games or go live out in the street. Lol..

Grrr I hate having to grow up.

Anyone with tips on balancing work and exercise?

I used to play a lot of online games but have had to give that up to get the time to exercise and live life.

For me it was the TV watching that had to suffer. I barely watch any TV. While I dod the elliptical training I watched a lot of TV while doing the exercise but running does not really lends itself to TV watching even when on a treadmill. So I just don’t watch TV and quite honestly I don’t miss it all that much.
