Back On Track – 249 lbs.

I wanted to post yesterday, but I wasn’t feeling too great, so here I am. As of this morning I’m back on track and even at lower weight (249)!
Yesterday I woke up at 250.5 after working out hard the past couple of days. I didn’t feel good most of the day, and even took a Tylenol PM by accident so that didn’t help, but by this morning I am at 249.5!
I even ate more then usual yesterday because I was tired most of the day (damn Tylenol PM). I probably ate around 1600 calories, mostly in protein form. I find protein to be very filling while carbohydrates just make me hungrier.
I’m getting ready for the gym now. It’s 8pm at night, but I want to workout today to keep the momentum going.
Just an update!
Current Weight: 249.5!
