I'm Jay and I've come a long way from my peak weight of 336 pounds!
I've documented my weight loss from 268 pounds all the way down to 170-ish pounds in this blog. It took just under a year to do and since reaching my goal weight, I decided to maintain 180 pounds. Now I'm focusing on building muscle and maintaining a healthy body fat percentage.
Of course there have been a lot of ups and downs in losing so much weight. The process of setting goals and reaching them is very exciting. Just having something to strive for and using this blog as pressure to keep me going did wonders.
