1200 Calories A Day – 3 Months Challenge!

Today is the first day of my 1200 calories a day for 3 months weight loss challenge. The last time I did this I lost almost 60 pounds! This time around I hope to lose 40-50 pounds without losing too much muscle.
- My current weight: 268lbs
- Challenge period: Dec 07, 2009 through March 7, 2009
- Intake: No more then 1200 calories a day (writing down calorie intake per day)
- Exercise: Moderate (3-5 times a week)
I can eat whatever I want as long as I do not pass the 1200 calories a day challenge. But that also means I can’t waste all my calories in just one crap fast food meal or else I’ll go hungry for the rest of the day. That means eating smart, and watching what I eat will be priority number one! Also to monitor my calorie intake I am writing down everything I eat making sure not to over do anything.

I’m excited! This blog is already paying off as the 3 month challenge would not have started otherwise. I’m going to use the blog as another means to staying on track and keep going in the right direction. I’m excited to share my results with you guys, and hopefully this is only the start.
